highly motivated
tonight i am highly motivated. very motivated to send out resume tonight. receiving the increment letter today, though the amount made me happi a bit but yet feel so sad that not getting the promised promotion. really dunno who / how to blame, who asks my 老大 pushing 2 ppl at the same time and bigger boss took the more senior one and promoted him. !!!!
the new boss saying he would want to have a bilaterial session with me 2molo. what for? to listen to my comments fulled with disappointment? or to bail me to wait for the next round?
btw the guy promoted also not getting very good increment, just abt 3% higher than mine. something 中看不中用, but he got the NAME 名利 for this time round.

well well well, there is an English proverb saying: Man proposes, God disposes. Meaning: 谋事在人，成事在天。Who knows, maybe this is a blessing in disguise. Say CHESSSSSE
Internal promotion is not good money sense, u earn the position, the experience for u to use as stepping stone, the price is u work like a bull n get the pay that does not justify ur workload. Only good if u are a power n position craver.
For u who dun get the promotion, u can leave or enjoy the pay that mpre paraller with ur workload, ur new promoted collegue, still a long time to feel imbalance with the workload vs pay.
yes girl, i knew that. workload, salary & power that do not match. all of us very keen to get out from this place. the one being promoted had went job interview last friday; the other one told me he got lubang for job interview already. and myself had sent out the 1st one last night.
